2nd Annual Inclusive Egg Hunt Volunteer Sign-Up – Saturday, March 28, 2026
We’re inviting community volunteers to help make our 2nd Annual Inclusive Egg Hunt a safe, fun, and memorable day for our families. Your support helps everything run smoothly so parents and caregivers can actually relax, enjoy the moment, and make sweet memories alongside their kids.
 
Our Inclusive Egg Hunt will take place on March 28, 2026 from 10 am - 2 pm at Jackson County Soccer Complex in Gautier. 
 
Arrival Reminder:
Volunteers should arrive 15–20 minutes before their scheduled shift to check in and go over responsibilities.

Setup Crew
Time: 7:30–10:00 am (2.5 hours) Volunteers Needed: 6-8 Duties include: • Set up tents, tables, and chairs for the craft area • Move supplies from vehicles to the field • Set up activities before guests arrive • Place signage

Bounce House Monitor (Safety Role)
Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Volunteers Needed: 4 Duties include: • Monitor safety and number of children • Help kids rotate fairly • Keep the area tidy and remove tripping hazards (shoes, etc.) Preferred: RBTs, special education staff, or volunteers with relevant experience. If you have experience supporting kids with mobility needs, please note it when signing up. Our goal is to make sure every child can enjoy the bounce houses safely and comfortably.

Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Volunteers Needed: 10 Duties include: • Set up each station • Keep the area tidy and manage trash • Engage with guests and support crafts as needed Guidelines: • Ask before assisting: Always check if help is needed • Speak directly to the guest: Do not address only their companion or caregiver • Be sensory-aware: If someone seems overwhelmed, help guide them to the Quiet Zone (if available) Perfect For: Students needing volunteer hours (Beta Club, honor societies, etc.)
